Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Record to Report (RTR):
- Month-End Closing Process: Handle the month-end process and ensure financial reconciliations are completed for both key and non-key accounts.
- ERP Systems: Work with ERP tools such as SAP, Blackline, HANA Ariba, and HighRadius for accurate record-keeping.
- Journal Entries: Create and maintain recurring journal entries, including accruals, prepaid expenses, deferrals, and lease-related entries.
- Non-Standard J/Es: Manage complex or non-standard journal entries as per business requirements.
2. Cash Applications/Collections:
- Order to Cash (O2C): Handle the O2C process, ensuring collections are made on time and all disputes are resolved promptly.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients and financial managers to ensure smooth operations and timely collections.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
3. Order Management (OM):
- End-to-End OTC Process: Gain experience in the complete Order to Cash (OTC) process, and collaborate closely with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
- Customer Queries: Address and resolve customer queries, ensuring a smooth and effective order management process.
- System Collaboration: Work with IT teams to troubleshoot system-related issues and implement solutions.
4. Human Resource Operations (HRO):
- Jobvite ATS: Handle administrative tasks within Jobvite, the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including reviewing candidate pipelines and managing the communication flow between candidates and the hiring team.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and manage the interview process efficiently.
Skills You’ll Bring for Genpact:
- Human Resources/Recruiting Experience: Prior experience in HR operations or recruiting will be beneficial.
- Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requirements effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS and strong technical skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
Qualifications:
- For RTR Roles: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, BBA, CA, CMA).
- For OM & HRO Roles: Any Graduate is eligible.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting or operations experience.
