About the Role
In this company as a Mobile Associate in one of our Store-in-Store locations, every employee will be working inside a retail partner’s store where all facilities are given for smooth work and introducing customers to the T-Mobile smooth working culture. This is not a typical retail sales job. You’ll be representing a brand which is stands out from the others brand quickly and truly values both its customers and employees.
Responsibilities in this company:

Helping Customers to find the Right one
- Greet to all the people as they come in the store and help them to choose best and inform them how T-Mobile’s products and services can benefit them.
- Display mobile devices and other products to show real-life value of the product.
- Listen to the customer closely and offer best product as per there wants

Delivering a Great Experience to the customer
- Maintain continuous interactions and build long-term relationship with customer.
- Explain the steps to customer how to use the T-Mobile app.
- Promote digital tools and self-service options to the customer.

Learning as You Go
- Stay updated with T-Mobile’s latest offers, trainings, and internal resources to give right information.
- Engage in team meetings and sales techniques.

Handling Store Operations by own
- Take responsibility for opening and closing of the store following proper procedures
- Keep track of store keys and equipment’s, and report any issues to the manager for further work.

Working as a Team with other employees
- Collaborate with nearby T-Mobile locations, stores and companies to provide the best customer experience if any need arises.
- Learn from other workers and leadership in higher level to develop your skills and grow your career.

Qualifications and Experience need:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required graduated.
Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales role.
- Prior retail experience is also preferred.

- Team-oriented.
- Meet sales goals.
