As a CX Buddy at Flipkart in Nagaon, you’ll be on the front lines of customer experience, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, satisfying, and supported by world-class logistics and operations. 🎯 1. End-to-End Customer Experience Ownership

  • Be the face of customer satisfaction at Flipkart by managing every aspect of the customer journey.
  • Drive core business metrics like NPS (Net Promoter Score), First Response Time, and Issue Resolution Rate.

🚨 2. Grievance Management

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by collaborating with cross-functional teams—logistics, warehouse, delivery agents.
  • Reduce grievance turnaround time while maintaining transparency.

🚚 3. Shipment & Fulfillment Oversight

  • Oversee shipment flow processes, ensuring customers receive orders on time.
  • Establish governance mechanisms for smooth and predictable deliveries.

🔍 4. Feedback Loop & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify customer pain points and suggest actionable business improvements to leadership.
  • Create an environment where customer insights are leveraged for growth.
