This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd., one of the leading players in the financial services and health insurance space. As the Deputy Manager for Health Insuretech, your primary responsibility will be to drive relationship management with hospitals and healthcare providers. You will work towards strengthening loans and insurance sales, ensuring a smooth interaction between Bajaj Finserv and the hospitals. Additionally, your role will include daily reporting of key metrics to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
As part of the Healthcare & Life Sciences department, you will manage hospital sourcing, engage with hospitals to build relationships, and oversee Field Officers (FOS) in hospitals for the sale of loans and insurance. You will be expected to take action swiftly to address any hospital queries, thereby fostering strong partnerships that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Bajaj Finance
- Hospital Sourcing and Relationship Management:
Your key responsibility will be managing hospital sourcing for assigned relationships involving loans and insurance. This includes identifying key hospitals, building rapport, and establishing long-term partnerships to enhance the business. - Building and Strengthening Relationships:
Engaging with hospitals to build and strengthen relationships will be critical. You will serve as the primary liaison between Bajaj Finserv and healthcare institutions, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any queries that arise. - Timely Response to Queries:
You will be responsible for ensuring timely responses to hospital queries related to loan products and insurance services, ensuring that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly. - Managing Field Officers (FOS):
A significant part of your role will involve managing Field Officers (FOS) in hospitals for loan and insurance sales. You will work closely with hospital staff and FOS to drive performance and achieve sales targets in line with Bajaj Finserv’s objectives. - Reporting Key Metrics:
You will be responsible for daily reporting of key metrics for hospitals, tracking performance indicators, and ensuring the velocity of operations is maintained at a high level. This data will be crucial for driving performance improvements and achieving business goals. - Collaboration and Coordination:
You will work closely with internal teams to align efforts, ensuring that the entire sales process—from sourcing to the closure of loans and insurance policies—runs smoothly and efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background:
