📌 Key Responsibilities
🔄 Daily Operations & Payment Processing
- Accurately process cheque payments and related transactions per cut-off times and banking standards.
- Capture, verify, and record physical and digital payments across multiple systems.
- Maintain transaction accuracy by cross-referencing payment details and resolving anomalies.
🧾 Cash Investigations & Issue Resolution
- Investigate pre- and post-transaction queries related to cheque and payment failures.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve disputes, and ensure seamless customer service.
🧭 Escalation & Risk Mitigation
- Identify potential process breakdowns and escalate to supervisors as per Deutsche Bank’s standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk protocols and global regulatory frameworks.
📈 Process Improvement & Reporting
- Participate in process audits and monthly self-assessments.
- Provide suggestions for workflow optimization and contribute to innovation initiatives.
- Assist in MIS preparation and management reporting activities.
👨🏫 Training & Team Support
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and help create training modules and SOP documentation.
🎯 Skills and Qualifications
✅ Educational Requirements
- Minimum: Graduate in any stream (Commerce preferred)
- Postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
✅ Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Payments Flow and transaction lifecycles.
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards.
- Experience with Back Office Operations, MIS reporting, and Payment Gateways.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, SLA Management, and Incident Handling.
