📝 Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at Teleperformance, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, accurate, and timely support via phone, email, and chat.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chats
  • Offer accurate product/service details to clients
  • Ensure first-contact resolution and build rapport with customers
