We are hiring for the role of Customer Support Associate at Sutherland, a global BPO leader. As part of the international voice process team, you will engage with customers from across the globe, providing them with top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, addressing and resolving customer queries professionally and efficiently. - Effective Communication:
Maintain a clear, concise, and professional communication with customers. Identify their needs and offer personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and complaints, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions. - Product Knowledge:
Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to offer accurate information and assistance to customers. - Adherence to Quality Standards:
Meet the company’s quality metrics and deliver high-quality customer interactions consistently.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to customers in English. A neutral accent and clear diction are preferred. - Previous Experience:
Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BPO or call center environment, is highly desirable. - Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology will be an advantage. - Time Management:
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting productivity goals. - Adaptability:
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be open to changing priorities based on customer needs.
