📋 Key Responsibilities
As a JDE Finance Consultant, you will play a critical role in consulting-led enterprise transformation projects. Your responsibilities will span across the SDLC, from requirements gathering to solution deployment and optimization.
👨💼 Role & Daily Activities:
- Actively support Infosys consulting teams across project phases: definition, estimation, diagnostics, solution design, and deployment.
- Conduct extensive research, evaluate vendor documentation, and support the creation of Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Convert business requirements into functional specifications aligned with JD Edwards (Enterprise One) functionalities.
- Assist in solution configuration and system integration tasks within JDE Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
- Investigate and resolve system issues through root cause analysis and engage in effective solutioning.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams globally, maintaining agile workflows and documentation.
- Provide inputs to internal process improvements and contribute to organizational knowledge-building.
🎓 Educational & Professional Qualifications
📚 Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
- Preferred: M.Sc., M.E./M.Tech., MCA, or equivalent qualifications in a technical/financial stream
💼 Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards (Enterprise One) – General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets
- Solid understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and analytics concepts
- Experience in preparing AS-IS and TO-BE documentation
- Experience in international consulting projects is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
