As a Centralized Support Representative in the Mailroom, you’ll play a pivotal role in expediting the claims resolution process. Youโll interact with internal systems and teams to:

- Receive, sort, and distribute mail to appropriate departments and recipients
- Process incoming and outgoing interoffice mail accurately and efficiently

This is an on-site position in Mayfield Village, OH for the first 90 days during your training period. After successful completion of training, youโll transition to a hybrid work model (2 days remote/week, subject to business needs).

Company offers competitive compensation, with additional performance-based incentives:
- Base Pay: $17.75/hour
- Gainshare Incentive Plan: Up to 16% of eligible earnings, based on company performance

This role includes light physical activity. You must be comfortable with:
- Standing for long periods (especially in mailroom operations)
