💼 Position Overview: TE Oracle/Consultant

KPMG India is hiring Oracle ERP & EPM Functional Consultants to join their Finance Transformation Practice. The selected candidates will play a key role in implementing Oracle ERP and EPM systems, driving business insights, and supporting clients through complex transformation journeys.
🧩 Roles & Responsibilities
You will be placed in either of the following streams based on your experience, preference, and skills:
🔷 1. Oracle Financials Functional Consultant
- Implement Oracle ERP modules (Record to Report, Source to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.)
- Engage in end-to-end implementation, from sales support and requirement gathering to go-live support.
- Develop and support tailored solutions for client requirements including:
- Regulatory updates
- Accounting standards
- Indirect tax compliance
- Internal controls and process automations
- Collaborate with client teams and stakeholders to design effective business processes.
- Be open to domestic and international travel as needed for client deployments.
🔷 2. Oracle EPM Functional Consultant
- Implement Oracle EPM solutions (Planning, Budgeting, Consolidation, Tax Reporting, Reconciliations, etc.)
- Analyze business requirements and deliver solutions for:
- Direct tax
- Regulatory reporting
- Annual filings
- Finance transformation
- Support entire project lifecycle from solution architecture to deployment and post-go-live assistance.
- Contribute to automation and process enhancements using Oracle cloud technologies.
📝 Educational Qualifications
- UG Degree: B.Com / BBA / BMS in Management, Commerce, or Finance
- PG Degree (Optional): Any Postgraduate in Finance, Management, or IT (Preferred but not mandatory)
