📋 Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the Order to Cash (O2C) process, which includes:
🔄 Daily Operations
- Download bank statements for all accounts and share them with collectors
- Process customer invoicing tasks on a regular schedule
- Collate remittances (Cash/Wire/Cheque) and apply payments to invoices
- Follow strict internal processes when applying cash without exceptions
📊 Reconciliation & Reporting
- Reconcile customer orders with internal records
- Validate credits/debits and coordinate with customers for settlements
- Highlight and report any unapplied/unidentified cash daily
- Provide analysis and support for exception handling
📧 Communication & Collection
- Proactively follow up with customers and collectors for pending remittances
- Respond to email queries regarding billing and reconciliation
- Collaborate with the wider Finance team to improve AR metrics

- Must be flexible to work in night/rotational shifts
