Position Overview: Senior Consultant – Singleview Telecom Billing
Role: Senior Consultant
Department: Telecom Billing Solutions
Workplace Type: Hybrid (Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad)
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role across various consulting lifecycle stages—from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.
You will be responsible for:
- Defining client problems and proposing tailored solutions.
- Involvement in all phases of the consulting lifecycle.
- Development, configuration, and deployment of customized solutions.
- Guiding project teams on deliverables and processes.
- Contributing to proposal development and client training.
- Helping in building internal capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Consulting and Solution Design
- Analyze client challenges, define the scope, and propose practical solutions.
- Shape value-driven consulting outcomes to meet evolving business needs.
🔹 Configuration and Development
- Develop and configure solutions on the CSGi SingleView Billing Application.
- Expertise in EPM (proprietary language) to customize and extend application capabilities.
🔹 Deployment and Delivery
- Support in end-to-end deployment, ensuring timely and quality project deliveries.
- Act as a mentor and guide for the internal team members.
Skills and Experience Required
🏆 Must-Have Skills
- 4–10 years of solid experience in CSGi SingleView Billing Application.
- Development and configuration expertise on EPM.
- Strong programming skills in PERL.
- Proficient with Oracle SQL and expertise in Oracle DML operations.
⭐ Good to Have (Preferred)
- Exposure to Webservices and REST API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Unix Shell Scripting.
