Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – HR Operations at OLX, you will be at the heart of managing the entire HR operations process. You will contribute significantly to creating a seamless employee experience and ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
Onboarding & Offboarding Management:
- Facilitate the employee joining process, ensuring that all required documents are collected and the employee database is up-to-date.
- Conduct engaging orientation sessions for new hires to familiarize them with OLX’s culture and policies.
- Oversee exit formalities, including clearance procedures and ensuring the smooth transition of employees leaving the company.
Employee Benefits & Payroll:
- Ensure the timely addition or deletion of employees in insurance policies every month.
- Manage employee benefits and resolve related queries efficiently.
- Support in the payroll management process, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing.
Compliance & Vendor Relations:
- Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services such as HR policies, training, and other employee benefits.
- Monitor and track invoices related to HR services and vendor engagement to ensure timely processing.
Employee Queries:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll issues.
Who We Are Looking For
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an e-commerce or tech-driven environment.
- MBA from a reputed college/university.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel for reporting and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in HR compensation, HR payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in leave management, reporting, and compliance standards.
