🌟 Role Overview: Program Manager / Sr. Program Manager, Collectibles Strategic Programs

eBay is seeking highly driven Program Managers (Junior or Senior level) to join our U.S. Collectibles division. These roles are pivotal in propelling the growth of eBay’s Collectibles offerings — particularly in Trading Cards, Comics, Toys, Coins, and more. You’ll lead strategic initiatives, roll out new features, and drive performance to solidify eBay’s position as the world’s #1 marketplace for Collectibles.

Available Locations: Portland, Salt Lake City, Chicago, Austin
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (On-site + Remote Flexibility)

🔍 Responsibilities & Impact

📈 Drive Strategy and Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to scale the Collectibles category.
  • Manage large-scale initiatives aimed at enhancing the trading card and collectibles experience.
  • Assess emerging trends and integrate those into the roadmap.

🛠️ Launch Programs & Services

  • Use data to identify key service gaps and propose viable solutions.
  • Create compelling business cases to support development efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance) to bring ideas to life.

🤝 Lead Cross-functional Teams

  • Act as a key liaison among stakeholders including internal departments and third-party partners.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Maintain accountability for project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

🧠 Enable Strategic Decision-Making

  • Monitor performance metrics, deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews (WBR, MBR, QBR).
  • Present insights and project updates to senior leadership.
  • Adjust strategies and priorities based on performance and feedback.

✅ Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-7+ years of experience in program management, operations, management consulting, product management, or similar fields in eCommerce, retail, or consumer tech.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in Google Slides/MS PowerPoint for storytelling and presentations.
  • High-level analytical abilities and experience with tools such as Google Sheets/MS Excel.
  • Proven project management skills; familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Willingness to travel to events and partner locations 4+ times per year.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience working in a two-sided marketplace (e.g., buyer/seller platforms).
  • Background or personal interest in collectibles (trading cards, comics, coins, toys).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data Warehouse technologies.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $84,800 – $146,900 (based on experience, location, and other factors)
Additional Compensation: Target bonuses + Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
