Key Responsibilities:
As an SAP HANA (FICO) Manager, your role will revolve around supporting and enhancing the SAP FICO sub-modules to streamline business operations. Here’s what your day-to-day would look like:

User Interaction & Ticket Resolution:
- Interact directly with users to resolve tickets promptly and effectively, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Assist in period-end activities, ensuring timely and accurate closures.

Functional Specification Preparation:
- Prepare functional specifications for SAP development projects.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers to bring these specifications to life, ensuring smooth integration.

Project Management & Performance Tracking:
- Manage SAP-related projects, focusing on FICO modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Track the progress and performance of programs and projects, ensuring successful completion of both short- and long-term goals.

Process Integration & Troubleshooting:
- Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
- Engage in cross-module integrations like FI-MM and FI-SD, improving process efficiencies.

Business & Technology Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify bottlenecks and implement technology-driven solutions.
- Lead weekly meetings with both the SAP team and core business teams, ensuring alignment on critical issues and updates.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO sub-modules (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA).
- Experience with S/4HANA implementation and full-cycle SAP project management.
- Proficiency in functional specification building and the testing process.
Skills:
- Expertise in SAP FICO, with a strong understanding of SAP HANA.
- Familiarity with integration of FI-MM and FI-SD modules.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring timely resolution of issues within SLAs.
Educational Background:
- BTech, MBA, or CA in finance or related fields.
Behavioral Traits:
- High initiative and self-motivation to drive technology improvements and process optimizations.
- Strong collaboration skills to align stakeholders on both technical and business goals.
