We seek a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts in Pune, driving strategic sourcing and hiring for a range of technical and corporate roles. In this 6-month contract, you will shape our candidate pipeline, deliver an outstanding hiring experience, and partner closely with business leaders to attract top talent aligned to our mission.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate on role requirements, create targeted recruitment strategies, and provide market insights.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, communicative, and positive experience from first contact to offer acceptance.
- Employer Branding: Drive initiatives that position Johnson Controls as an employer of choice—career pages, social media content, campus events, and employee testimonials.
- ATS & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), create hiring metrics dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.

Education & Certification

- Certifications such as LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, SHRM-CP, or PMP (preferred).
Professional Experience
- 5–8 years’ hands-on talent acquisition/recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, global environment—end-to-end recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
Core Competencies
- Strategic Sourcing: Advanced Boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
- Interview & Assessment: Designing structured interviews, competency-based evaluations, and cultural fit assessments.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners.
- Recruitment Technology: Proficiency in ATS (e.g., Workday, Taleo), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment marketing platforms.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to leverage hiring metrics and analytics to inform decisions and optimize strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence and engage top talent.
