As a Talent Acquisition Manager – Bulk Hiring, you will play a strategic leadership role in managing high-volume recruitment drives across the sales function. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing hiring strategies, managing field recruiters and vendor partners, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📌 1. Strategic Recruitment Planning
- Develop and execute data-driven, high-volume recruitment strategies.
- Forecast hiring needs in alignment with business goals, especially in sales and customer acquisition teams.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and HR business partners to plan future hiring roadmaps.
📌 2. End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Oversee resume screening, shortlisting, and candidate evaluation.
- Create efficient screening tools and assessment criteria.
📌 3. Team and Vendor Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of field recruiters and manage recruitment vendors.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and drive recruiter productivity.
- Ensure vendor compliance, performance tracking, and effective SLA management.
📌 4. Sourcing Strategy & Pipeline Building
- Build robust candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
