🎯 Role Summary
As a UI/UX Product Designer II, your main mission is to lead the redesign of the PayPal Giving Fund website. You will bring design concepts from 0 to 1, aligning with the latest PayPal.com design system, and build a cohesive, emotionally engaging user experience.
You will work directly with the Design Director of PayPal.com, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and content strategists.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As the Creative Designers, UI/UX Designer II, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
🎨 Visual & UX Design
- Translate design briefs into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing web interfaces using Figma.
- Create and maintain design assets including high-fidelity mockups, interaction designs, and UI kits.
- Deliver a clean, consistent design language in line with PayPal’s branding guidelines.
- Reimagine and redesign the PayPal Giving Fund platform, from wireframes to final prototypes.
🔍 UX Research & Strategy
- Understand charity user journeys and craft user-centered designs that speak to their needs.
- Conduct user testing, feedback loops, and iterate based on findings.
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into human-first experiences.
🤝 Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.

✅ Basic Qualifications
