As a Process Developer in I2C, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end cash application cycle, including payment processing, collections, dispute resolution, and reconciliation tasks. The role is crucial in supporting business operations and maintaining client satisfaction.

🔹 Cash Application & Reconciliation
- Accurately process incoming payments and apply them to the appropriate customer accounts.
- Complete the Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR) efficiently and without errors.
- Identify and resolve unapplied or unidentified payments by liaising with internal teams.
🔹 Collections & Customer Interaction
- Make collections calls and follow up on past-due invoices.
- Email/fax invoices or dispatch hard copies to customers as required.
- Address customer disputes, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolution across departments.
🔹 Order Validation & Ledger Management
- Reconcile orders against customer records.
- Validate credit/debit notes and forward them for approval and processing.
- Ensure that customer ledgers are always up-to-date and error-free.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
