📝 Job Description
As a KYC Analyst at TCS, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. Your role involves verifying client data, conducting due diligence, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Complete KYC screening for new and existing clients.
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
- Verify and assess documentation for a wide range of clients:
- Listed and regulated entities
- Private and public companies (SMEs to large corporations)
- Complex structures: SPVs, Funds, NGOs, Governments, JVs, etc.
- Perform detailed risk assessments and sign-off on client onboarding and periodic reviews.
- Handle client remediation and ensure adherence to SLAs on timeliness and quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
TCS is looking for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about compliance and client security.
👨🎓 Educational Qualification:
- Must be a full-time graduate (10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized university.
💼 Professional Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in KYC screening and related domains.
🗣️ Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Sound understanding of KYC/AML regulations, CDD, and EDD procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple client types and structures.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
