KPMG is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who thrives on managing, optimizing, and analyzing B2B digital marketing campaigns. In this on-site role at Montvale, NJ, you’ll support paid media channels including paid search, paid social, and display/programmatic advertising.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator (Paid Channel Activation), you will:
🔹 Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Assist in planning, building, and managing performance-driven B2B digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive traffic and demand generation within KPMG’s internal audience ecosystem.
🔹 Paid Media Activation
- Support paid search, paid social, and display/programmatic media execution.
- Coordinate with external agencies and media partners for strategic campaign alignment and media buying.
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Team up with internal departments like Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Email Automation, Journey Planning, and the Content Strategy Team.
- Align campaign strategies across the full omnichannel marketing funnel.
🔹 Technical Implementation
- Manage creative uploads, tagging, campaign tracking, and setup.
- Utilize tools like:
- Search Ads 360 (SA360)
- Google Campaign Manager 360
- Google Display & Video 360 (DV360)
🔹 Data & Performance Analytics
- Execute A/B testing, analyze performance data, and identify actionable insights.
- Provide recommendations to optimize future campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Manage campaign budgets and vendor invoicing.

✅ Required Qualifications

🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
💼 Experience
- Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience, particularly in:
- Paid search
- Paid social
- Display/programmatic advertising
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex marketing projects from start to finish.
- Familiarity with agency/vendor coordination and internal stakeholder communication.
