As part of our world-class Technology team, we’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer III to drive innovation across enterprise IT systems with a focus on Windows Administration, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and Intune.

🧑‍💻 About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer III, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, optimizing, and scaling Nike’s internal IT systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our enterprise Windows environment, ensure seamless software deployment, automate processes, and elevate end-user support.

This is an on-site role based at Nike’s World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Remote work is not eligible for this position.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  1. 🖥️ Systems Administration

  • Maintain and enhance enterprise Windows environments.
  • Ensure system uptime, stability, and security across all platforms.
  1. 🚀 Software Deployment & Endpoint Management

  • Utilize SCCM and Microsoft Intune for application deployment, update management, and endpoint protection.
  • Lead automation of deployment tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  1. 🔐 Security & Compliance

  • Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Implement patching strategies and monitor compliance with IT standards.
  1. 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with IT, InfoSec, and business units on integration projects and enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Windows infrastructure.
  1. 📄 Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and support documents.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational excellence.

✅ Qualifications and Skills

🎓 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Certifications in Azure, Intune, or Microsoft 365 administration a plus

💼 Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Windows Administration
  • 3+ years of experience with SCCM and Intune
  • Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager, and cloud services
  • Proven experience with PowerShell scripting for system administration
  • Prior involvement in infrastructure projects or enterprise-scale deployments
