  • Lead the charge in championing safety, sustainability, and governance initiatives across the facility.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through GEMBA walks, audits, and behavior-based observations.
  • Support Process Safety Management (PSM) and ensure compliance with OSHA’s requirements.

πŸ§ͺ Risk Assessment & Compliance

  • Facilitate risk assessments including FMEA, Environmental Aspects & Impacts, and Health & Safety Risks.
  • Proactively address potential hazards through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Lead or participate in incident investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for:

  • Maintain inspection logs, safety records, and program evaluations.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly safety performance reports.
  • Analyze trends and support strategic decisions using statistical safety data.

♻️ Environmental Sustainability

  • Implement and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, and OSHA VPP programs.
  • Monitor wastewater, emissions, and recycling programs to ensure environmental compliance.
  • Act as an ambassador of sustainability, integrating environmental initiatives across departments.

  • Manage the medical response program and lead the emergency response team.
  • Train associates on First Aid, Adult CPR, and emergency evacuation procedures.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

πŸŽ“ Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in:
    • Environmental Sciences
    • Occupational Safety
    • Engineering
    • Or equivalent field experience in manufacturing

πŸ’Ό Experience

  • 3–5 years of SES or EHS experience in large-scale manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with food or beverage production is highly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of:

    • ISO 14001 & 45001 management systems
