Key Responsibilities 🔢
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze and reconcile financial transactions

Procure to Pay Cycle Management
- Oversee end-to-end procurement cycle: requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and payment
- Ensure compliance with pricing, terms, and supplier agreements
- Monitor financial processes for errors, inefficiencies, and non-compliance
Vendor and Invoice Management
- Handle purchase and non-purchase order invoices
- Apply two-way and three-way matching principles
- Improve vendor compliance and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure timely processing and validation of invoices
General Ledger & Sub-Ledger Maintenance
- Work with reconciliation accounts summarizing sub-ledger data
- Maintain data accuracy and avoid direct transaction postings to reconciliation accounts
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with peers, clients, and management
- Participate in process reviews, client calls, and team briefings
- Share insights to enhance performance and efficiency
