As a Content Reviewer, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and moderating ad content submitted by advertisers across various formats including text, images, videos, and audio. This role directly supports Amazon’s rapidly growing Advertising Trust Operations (ATO) team by ensuring ad content aligns with Amazon’s guidelines and maintains a positive experience for shoppers.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
- 🔎 Review, moderate, and approve/reject ad content including:
- 🖼️ Images
- 📝 Text/Product Descriptions
- 🔊 Audio
- 🎥 Video
- 🛡️ Ensure compliance with Company’s advertising policies and community standards
- 🗂️ Identify inappropriate content including sexual, political, misleading, or harmful material
- 🌍 Stay up-to-date with global news/events to make context-based content decisions
- 📧 Audit advertiser emails and use tools to translate content when necessary
- 📈 Meet or exceed performance KPIs including accuracy and productivity
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on moderation quality and trends
