Do you have the passion to drive HR transformation at the ground level? As an Area HR, you will be the HR torchbearer for all Pune locations, ensuring employee wellbeing, compliance, hiring, and engagement.
👥 Key Responsibilities at Aditya Birla Group
- 🧑🤝🧑 Strategic HR Partnering: Work closely with business leaders across locations to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- 🧾 Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end hiring, orientation, and manpower planning.
- 📜 Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to statutory norms and labor laws.
- 💬 Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Build strong employee connect, resolve issues, and foster a positive work culture.
- 🧠 Talent Development: Facilitate training programs and performance appraisals.
- 🔁 HR Coordination: Collaborate with central HR for executing region-specific strategies.
- 🚗 Travel Ready: Regular travel (30–50%) to sites for in-person HR presence and implementation.

✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 🎓 MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations.

- 🗣️ Fluency in Marathi – a must for effective regional communication.
- 🏆 Proficiency in English and Hindi is a plus.
- 📚 Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
- ✈️ Willingness to travel within regional branches.
