What You’ll Do
As a Relationship Banker, you will:
- Engage with clients in the lobby to provide education and assistance with self-service banking options, including online banking, mobile apps, and ATMs.
- Conduct cash and non-cash transactions efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Hold in-depth conversations with clients to understand their financial needs and life priorities.
- Recommend relevant financial solutions, products, and services.
- Proactively manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
- Collaborate with specialists in lending, investments, and small business to deliver comprehensive service.
