Your Role & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Excellence
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and build lasting relationships
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Nike’s latest products, services, and technology
- Assist in completing sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Retail Operations & Store Maintenance
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Participate in inventory management, restocking, and product displays
- Ensure store safety and loss prevention protocols are followed
Team Collaboration & Brand Representation
- Work closely with teammates to achieve store goals and enhance the customer experience
- Engage in store events and marketing initiatives
- Uphold Nike’s core values of innovation, diversity, and sustainability
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Nike’s training programs and technology
- Ability to lift, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods (with or without accommodations)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Passion for sports, fitness, and the Nike brand
- Interest in career development within the sportswear or fashion industry
