About the Role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Advisor/Visual Merchandising Associate to join our esteemed team in Maui, Hawaii. This hybrid role uniquely combines client advisory responsibilities with visual merchandising execution, offering an exciting opportunity to engage directly with clients while also contributing to the store’s aesthetic and branding strategy.

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized and luxurious shopping experience, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales objectives. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will take ownership of in-store presentation, ensuring product displays align with Louis Vuitton’s elegant branding and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisor Responsibilities (50% of Role)

  • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team sales objectives through proactive client engagement.
  • Deliver Luxury Client Experience: Provide an outstanding, personalized shopping experience that aligns with Louis Vuitton’s high standards.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Leverage clienteling tools to foster long-term connections with customers, ensuring repeat visits and brand loyalty.
  • Product Mastery: Become an expert in Louis Vuitton products, collections, and craftsmanship to effectively advise clients.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce complementary products to enhance the client’s purchase experience.

Visual Merchandising Responsibilities (50% of Role)

  • Ensure Brand Alignment: Implement and maintain the visual merchandising strategy to reflect Louis Vuitton’s identity.
  • Optimize Product Displays: Position key products in high-visibility areas to maximize business opportunities.
  • Manage Store Zoning & Rotation: Work with the store team to organize merchandise placement and rotation effectively.
  • Lead Window Displays: Execute window product changes and installations, ensuring captivating storytelling through visuals.
  • Support Business Events: Assist in setting up store layouts and product displays for events and promotional activities.
  • Training & Collaboration: Educate team members on visual merchandising best practices to maintain store consistency.
  • Monitor Store Presentation: Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure displays meet company standards and adjust as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in retail, preferably in luxury fashion or visual merchandising.
  • Visual Merchandising Expertise: Prior experience in merchandising execution, window displays, and store layout optimization.
  • Luxury Client Service Skills: Proven ability to build relationships with high-end clientele.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
