Job Overview: Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a key role in engaging clients, processing requests, ensuring compliance with firm policies, and supporting Financial Advisors in delivering the full capabilities of the firm. Key Responsibilities
Client Support:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Process client requests efficiently and resolve inquiries with a client-first mindset.
- Provide guidance on banking products, services, and digital tools like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile.
- Authenticate and verify client transactions to ensure compliance and security.
- Manage account onboarding, updates, and documentation to keep records current.
- Monitor client account alerts and take appropriate action to ensure seamless service.
Operational & Administrative Support:
- Partner with Financial Advisors to develop business plans and execute client service models.
- Maintain and update marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms.
- Plan client events, seminars, and engagement initiatives to foster stronger relationships.
- Stay up to date on policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Assist with administrative duties such as travel coordination, meeting scheduling, expense reporting, and file management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement firm initiatives and ensure seamless operations.
Business Growth & Development:
- Identify and recommend Morgan Stanley services and solutions that align with client needs.
- Leverage digital tools and technology to enhance client experiences and improve efficiency.
- Actively participate in firm-sponsored training, professional development, and mentorship programs.
- Work alongside industry experts and gain insights into wealth management strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or client support is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA), or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) licenses.
Technical & Soft Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Salary & Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $35,000 – $85,000 per year.
- Additional commission earnings, bonuses, and incentive packages may be available based on performance and position.
