Job Summary

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance tracking, and document management.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Support payroll processing, ensuring timely salary disbursement and compliance.
  • Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, leave policies, and employee perks.
  • Address employee concerns related to payroll, deductions, and benefits.
  • Liaise with finance teams for invoice processing and statutory compliance.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate HR projects, such as employee engagement programs and training initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies, resources, and facilities to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, PowerPoint presentations, and internal communications.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee information.

Training & Development

  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and career development programs.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with management to create learning initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements for better learning outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or Industrial Relations preferred.
  • Experience: 4 to 7 years in an HR generalist or coordinator role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
