Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Executive (Chat Process), you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries efficiently via chat-based interactions.
  • Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Resolving customer concerns effectively and professionally.
  • Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Upselling and cross-selling company services when necessary.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth problem resolution.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction levels through professional interactions.
  • Documenting customer feedback and improving service processes.
  • Meeting performance targets such as response time, resolution rates, and quality assurance.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Education Requirements:

  • Graduates & Undergraduates both can apply
  • No specific degree required

Experience Requirements:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in chat-based customer support, BPO, or international chat process will be an advantage

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in responses
  • Customer-centric approach with empathy and patience
