📌 Job Description
Bank of America’s Wealth Management division is aligned with the Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) sector. This role involves supporting onshore Portfolio Managers (PMs), Investment Strategists, and Executives in the Bank of America Private Bank, Chief Investment Office (CIO), and Investment Solutions Group (ISG).
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ SharePoint Development & Maintenance – Develop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions to support business operations.
✅ Data Management & Insights – Analyze investment-related data, generate insights, and identify market trends.
✅ Collaboration with Onshore Teams – Interact with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and Investment Strategists to understand business requirements and implement efficient solutions.
✅ Automation & Reporting – Automate reports and processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
✅ Process Improvement – Identify operational enhancements, streamline workflows, and maintain high standards of execution.
✅ Stakeholder Communication – Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SharePoint and investment solutions.
✅ Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to compliance protocols, data security, and regulatory guidelines.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
🛠 Experience & Technical Skills
✔ 4-5 years of experience in SharePoint design, development, and maintenance.
✔ Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and integrations.
✔ Hands-on experience with database management, VBA, Macros, and automation tools.
✔ Understanding of data analytics, investment solutions, and wealth management.
✔ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
💡 Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
✔ Wealth & Portfolio Management knowledge.
✔ Familiarity with Capital Markets and Investment Strategies.
✔ Process automation experience with Power Automate or RPA tools.
