  • About the Role: At Treebo, we are re-thinking customer service and are obsessed with delivering the best possible experience to our guests. As an Escalation Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest concerns and escalations are resolved efficiently, with a customer-first approach. You will be the key link between guests, internal teams, and business partners, ensuring that every concern is handled professionally and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication & Issue Resolution:
    • Communicate with guests and business partners over phone and email.
    • Act as the first point of contact to resolve guest queries and concerns.
    • Build rapport and coordinate with multiple internal functions to provide solutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Deliver a delightful experience to guests by handling escalations empathetically and efficiently.
    • Identify opportunities to improve guest experience and contribute ideas to refine processes.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify bottlenecks and initiate process changes to increase operational efficiency.
    • Work on internal tools to capture data and relay valuable customer feedback.
    • Ensure complaint-handling processes are optimized for quick resolutions.
