As an Operations Analyst (NCT) at Deutsche Bank, you will handle day-to-day operational tasks, review client documentation, manage account transactions, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. The role requires strong German language skills (B1 Level Mandatory) and the ability to work in multiple/rotational shifts.

Client Documentation & Account Management
✔ Review & process client account opening documentation as per internal policies.
✔ Manage tax exemption processes for clients in compliance with German regulations.
✔ Handle account freezing/unfreezing processes for private banking clients.
✔ Update and maintain client records (e.g., postal address changes, documentation, etc.).

Transaction Processing & Risk Management
✔ Manage automation orders, mutual fund subscriptions, and redemptions to ensure timely transactions.
✔ Perform signature verification for banking documents and transactions.
✔ Identify & escalate risks or fraudulent activities associated with account transactions.

Collaboration & Client Support
✔ Act as a key liaison between internal teams, onshore colleagues, and clients.
✔ Communicate effectively in German for smooth coordination of banking operations.
✔ Support data migration projects and other ad-hoc banking operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications – Deutsche Bank
✅ Diploma or Degree in a related discipline.
✅ 2 – 4 years’ experience in a German language banking process.
✅ Proficiency in German (B1 level mandatory) – Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
✅ Willing to work in rotational shifts – Flexibility is required.
