Job Summary

As a Business Development Associate at Simplilearn, you will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue through inside sales.

This is a great opportunity for freshers as well as experienced sales professionals looking to build a career in B2C sales, EdTech, and digital education.

🔹 Key Requirements:
Graduation (Any Stream) – Required.
Experience: 6 months to 4 years in Sales, Inside Sales, or B2C Sales.
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to persuade and convert leads.
Immediate Joiners Preferred – 15-day joining window.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Conversion & Sales

    • Engage with inbound leads and convert them into paying customers.
    • Understand customer needs and pitch Simplilearn’s courses accordingly.
    • Explain course benefits and answer queries about certifications and training.
  1. Sales Planning & Target Achievement

    • ✔ Develop short-term & long-term sales plans to achieve monthly targets.
    • ✔ Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals by effectively closing deals.
    • ✔ Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.
  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • ✔ Maintain relationships with prospective and current customers.
    • ✔ Use CRM tools to manage leads and track follow-ups.
    • ✔ Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate course details.
  1. Referral & Pipeline Development

    • ✔ Identify references through the existing customer base to increase enrollments.
    • ✔ Use word-of-mouth and referral strategies to bring in new students.
    • ✔ Work with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.

Must-Have Skills

Strong Communication Skills – Fluent in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Sales & Negotiation Skills – Ability to persuade and close deals.
Customer Handling & Relationship Management – Confident and professional.
Result-Oriented Mindset – Driven by targets and incentives.

Preferred Experience

Inside Sales / B2C Sales experience in EdTech, Training, or E-learning.
✔ Experience in calling, lead conversion, and consultative sales.
✔ Freshers with strong sales skills and willingness to learn are also welcome!

Education & Qualification

Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in any field).
Postgraduates / MBA holders are also encouraged to apply.

Salary & Incentives
