Job Summary – Teleperformance

We are hiring Logistics Customer Service Executives for our international voice process team in Noida. The role involves handling customer queries via phone calls, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities – Teleperformance

As a Logistics Customer Service Executive, you will:

Handle customer queries: Respond to calls related to logistics, shipping, and delivery concerns.
