π Job Description β Senior Process Executive (Voice Support)
π‘ Infosys BPM is looking for Customer Service professionals with voice process experience for its Ghaziabad office. If you have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, this opportunity is for you!
π― Key Responsibilities
β Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Attend customer calls and address queries effectively.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain voice quality and ensure a polite, professional approach.
β Customer Query Resolution
- Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) for query resolution.
- Ensure all customer issues are addressed within pre-defined timelines.
- Follow pre-set escalation protocols for unresolved concerns.
β Process Adherence & Quality Standards
- Follow pre-defined procedures to meet service targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
- Maintain error-free communication and accurate documentation.
β Work Environment & Flexibility
- Work from Office (Ghaziabad location).
- Fixed Sunday off + 1 rostered off between Monday-Saturday.
π‘ Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer experience and resolving queries efficiently.
π Skills & Qualifications Required
To succeed in this role, you should have:

1-2 years of experience in a voice process/customer service role.

Graduation (10+2+3 Full-Time Required) in any discipline.

Fluency in both Hindi & English (verbal and written).

Good problem-solving & interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high call volumes & repetitive queries.

Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
