📌 About the Role

🚀 Your Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Operations Analyst (Webchat), your role is pivotal in ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Support Excellence: Provide exceptional support via Webchat, responding to queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Process Enhancement: Actively contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiencies to enhance customer experiences.
Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with business policies and regulatory standards.
Problem-Solving: Analyze and investigate customer concerns, providing effective and timely solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Feedback & Reporting: Document common customer concerns, offering insights to enhance customer service strategies.

 

💡 What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should have:

🎯 Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills are essential for effectively handling chat-based customer interactions.

🎯 Experience in Customer Support: 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International Chat or Email process is required.

🎯 Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to maintain reports and documentation.

🎯 Adaptability: Ability to work in a 24×7 shift environment (rotational shifts may apply).

🎯 Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for helping customers and delivering top-notch support.

🎯 Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.
