📊 Job Overview
As a Sr. Analyst, Operational Insights, you will play a critical role in supporting Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain Management with actionable insights. Your expertise in data analysis, financial controls, and continuous improvement will drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.
This role requires a deep understanding of financial SOX controls, data extraction, and reporting, allowing you to influence high-impact decisions that shape T-Mobile’s future.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct in-depth data analysis to drive operational improvements and financial efficiencies.
✅ Perform regular audits and reviews to ensure SOX compliance and control effectiveness.
✅ Develop SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from SAP, Oracle ERP, and Ariba.
✅ Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to present complex data insights.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
✅ Contribute to the development of best practices for financial and operational reporting.
📈 What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
✔ 4-7 years of experience in data analysis, financial auditing, or operational insights.
✔ Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access.
✔ Strong experience with SAP, Ariba, and Oracle ERP systems.
✔ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
✔ Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to influence decision-makers.
