As a Manager, Product Delivery of Data Insights & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in designing, managing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions in Power BI, SQL, and PowerApps. You will be directly involved with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical implementations, ensuring high-quality project execution. 📊
What You’ll Do for Us in Coca-Cola🎯
✅ Lead Analytics Projects
- Oversee project tasks, provide timely status updates, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Manage project governance and adhere to project management methodologies.
- Drive documentation processes to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
✅ Develop Business Intelligence Solutions
- Design and configure Power BI reports and dashboards for effective data storytelling.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing reporting systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
✅ Facilitate Collaboration & Agile Development
- Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions with business teams to develop process flow improvements.
- Work closely with developers, analysts, and data engineers to deliver top-notch solutions.
- Champion Agile methodologies to ensure iterative, high-impact project delivery.
✅ Analyze Business Data & Offer Insights
- Assess business processes, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable improvements.
- Develop advanced data models to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
- Manage large datasets, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
✅ Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide stakeholders with clear project status reports and performance dashboards.
- Present insights through data visualization, making complex data accessible and actionable.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis on completed projects to refine future strategies.
✅ Train & Mentor Teams
- Guide team members on Power BI best practices and project management methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Who You Are: Qualifications & Requirements ✅
🔹 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, IT, or business intelligence.
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, supply planning, sourcing, and manufacturing.
🔹 Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, PowerApps, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and visualization tools.
- Experience with Azure and cloud-based data solutions is a plus.
🔹 Project Management Skills:
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
