Your Role as a Customer Service Analyst ๐
As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for our valued customers. Your role is critical in maintaining our world-class service standards.
Key Responsibilities ๐
โ Respond to customer queries promptly and comprehensively
โ Deliver on customer satisfaction metrics (Employees, Customers, Shareholders)
โ Identify workflow improvements and suggest enhancements
โ Adhere to compliance and quality guidelines ๐
โ Balance customer needs with American Express policies โ
โ Maintain effective communication (written and verbal) ๐ข
โ Support new initiatives and process improvements
Who Can Apply? ๐ฏ
We are looking for graduates and undergraduates with 1-6 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles.
Minimum Qualifications ๐

โ Ability to resolve customer issues effectively ๐
